Activa AI will be a set of jobs that work inside the suite, on the same member record and the same ledger: confirming bookings on LINE, writing the nightly shift report from cashier photos, chasing no-shows. Every job will propose; a person will approve.

What it will stand on
The rails it will run on exist today: every till write already records the staff user, the venue, the business day and a reference that makes a retry safe.
The first jobs
Software will propose. A person will approve.
LINE confirmations
Table and ticket confirmations and guest-pass links will go out on LINE first, then WhatsApp.
The nightly shift report
The cashier will photograph the closing slips, and the report will set them against what the till logged.
The no-show chase
A guest who booked and did not come will get a message the next day, once a manager approves it.
Stock gaps
The till's stock will be compared with the counts, and the gaps flagged for a manager.
A person approves
No job will send, refund or book anything until a person has approved it.
One switch
