Scan the QR. The tab knows who it is.
Attach the member with a scan, apply a perk at the bar, and the sale lands as one payment row for this venue with sales, VAT, service charge and tip already split.

All or nothing
Lines, stock, the payment, the perk and the points are written in one transaction.
Tabs that last the night
Open a tab, add to it, save it and close it later; removing a line someone already saved needs a manager.
Stock that counts down
Each sale takes stock off the item, a sale past zero is flagged, and managers adjust counts with a reason.
Never charged twice
Each sale carries its own reference. A retry after a dropped connection gets the first answer back instead of ringing the sale again.
Voids with credit notes
A completed order cannot be edited or deleted. A void issues a numbered credit note, gives the perk back and reverses the points.
Payments the venue keeps
Cash, the venue's card terminal or PromptPay QR into the venue's own account; comps and outside tenders stay with managers.
Receipts and the day
Print an 80 mm receipt, and see the day's orders, takings and members served on the Today screen.
- Card payments through the payment gateway will come when it goes live; until then the venue's own card terminal is logged as the tender.
- Stored value on the member will come only after counsel confirms the e-money rules.
