Tickets any till can sell, and a door that knows who is in.
Publish a night, run it as RSVP or as a paid ticket, and let any cashier on the estate sell it. The money lands at the venue that sold it; the ticket belongs to the venue that hosts the night.
At the door
Saturday, 23:04. The queue moves.
Members walk in on the QR they already carry. Ticket holders show the code from their confirmation. Guests claim a pass from a friend's table. One scanner reads all three.

RSVP or paid
Free RSVP nights with a capacity cap, or paid tickets with a price. Each event says which.
Sold at any till
Any cashier on the estate can sell any venue's ticket. The payment books to the venue that sold it, the ticket to the venue that hosts it.
Reserve in the app, pay at the till
A member reserves up to ten tickets in the app; the till sees the reservation on the member's QR and sells it from there. A reservation lapses after 24 hours.
Scanned at the door or the till
The door and every till read the ticket code, show who it belongs to and check it in once.
Perks ride on the ticket
Attach a perk to an event and every ticket carries it, one use per person on the ticket: a free drink with entry, for example.
Interest and share links
Members mark interest and the count shows on the event. Every published event has a share link whose preview shows its title, its date and, when the cover is stored with Activa, its cover image.
Cancelled means cancelled
Cancel an event and its tickets cancel with it, along with the unused guest passes they created.
Points for showing up
Members earn points for an RSVP, a ticket and a check-in, on the same ledger as everything else.
Media from the office
Upload the cover and the carousel in the admin, or link the Instagram post the night came from.
- Buying a ticket inside the member app will come with card and PromptPay checkout through the payment gateway. Until then the member reserves in the app and pays at a till.
- Seat maps and ticket transfers between members will come when a destination asks for them.
