A plan is a price, a length and its perks.
Plans are passes measured in hours, or monthly and yearly memberships. Each plan carries the perks it gives, and a perk added later reaches everyone who already holds the plan.

Sold at the cashier
A cashier sells a pass after scanning the member's QR, by cash, card terminal or PromptPay. The sale books to the venue where it happened.
Issued from the office
A manager can issue a pass from the admin, booked to the venue it belongs to.
Free plans, claimed in the app
A free plan can be claimed by the member in the app; a priced plan always goes through a till.
Perks arrive with the pass
Link perks to a plan and every holder gets them the moment the pass starts.
Ends on time
A 24-hour pass bought at 21:00 ends at 21:00 the next day, and an hourly job closes what has expired.
Refunds undo the pass
Refund a pass sale and the pass ends, its points come off the ledger and a credit note is numbered for the venue.
- Auto-renew, freezes and upgrades will come with card-on-file payments through the payment gateway.
- Buying a pass inside the member app will come with in-app checkout.
