Members book a table for the night in the app. The venue sets the hours, the limits and the tiers. The host shares guest passes, and every guest who claims one becomes a known member.
Guest passes
One booking. Eight people the house knows.
The host books for eight and shares guest passes from the app. Each friend claims a pass at a link, which makes them a member of the house, and the door checks them in. By the end of the night the table is eight member records, not one name on a list.

Tiers and tables
Big VIP, VIP, semi-VIP, private room and standing, each table with its capacity, managed per venue in the admin.
Hours, horizon and limits
Each venue sets when bookings open and close and how many upcoming nights a member may hold; members book up to 60 days ahead.
No double-booking
A database rule refuses two bookings on one table for overlapping time, whatever the app and whatever the timing.
No-shows handled
An hourly job marks bookings nobody checked in as no-shows after the night; staff can also cancel a booking or mark a no-show by hand.
The door and the Tonight board
Hosts check bookings and guests in at the door; Tonight shows every table by tier, who is in and what the till has logged.
Cancel cleanly
Cancel the booking and its unused guest passes cancel with it.
One night per venue
A member holds one table per night at each venue, and a party larger than the biggest table is refused at booking.
- Table deposits will come with the payment gateway.
- Booking other spaces by the hour, such as karaoke rooms or golf bays, will come with the hold and confirm engine when a destination needs it.
- Booking confirmations on LINE will come with the messaging outbox.
